How much is the discount?
Our trade discounts range depending on the store. At Crate & Barrel, CB2, Pottery Barn, and West Elm - you save 20% off all regular-priced items. For a full list of our trade partners, please submit an inquiry.
How much is the service fee?
For most orders, the service fee is equivalent to 5% of your order total.
What if I need to return the items I purchased?
The store's regular return policies apply to all trade orders. The service fee is non-refundable.
