Walk & Talk Consultation

  • Home Stager walks through the home and provides verbal suggestions (typically takes 1-2 hours depending on size of the home)

  • We follow an 8-step approach in each room to optimize it for photos and showings

  • For maximum value we recommend the client take notes

  • Homeowner will receive a ‘sellers handbook’ with a variety of resources to prep their home for the market

 

Hands-On Session

  • Home Stager works hands-on with the client to prepare the home for sale

  • We will use the client’s pre-owned furnishings and purchased accessories to achieve the ‘WOW’ factor

  • Up to 4 hours in the home

  • We prioritize the most important rooms first, and provide verbal suggestions for any rooms that we cannot complete in our hands-on time
